This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this site, buy Raycast Power User in 12 Days or sign up for its emails, and how it's used. The controller is Rayen (The Control Panel), contact rayen@the-control-panel.com.
What I collect
- Purchase details: your name, email, country and order details, collected by Dodo Payments when you pay. I never see or store your card details.
- Email sign-ups: your email and first name when you join the 12-day emails or the newsletter.
- Site analytics: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device type) through Microsoft Clarity, which uses cookies.
- Emails you send me, for example support requests or your Day 12 reply.
Why
To deliver what you bought and send the emails you signed up for, to answer support requests, to comply with tax and accounting rules, and to understand how the site is used so I can improve it. The legal bases are performing our contract, your consent (newsletter and analytics cookies) and legal obligations.
Who processes it
- Dodo Payments: payments, tax and receipts (Merchant of Record).
- Kit (ConvertKit): the 12-day email course and the newsletter.
- Google Drive: file downloads.
- Microsoft Clarity: site analytics.
- The website host.
I don't sell your data. I only quote your Day 12 results publicly if you say I can.
How long
Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Email data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). Email rayen@the-control-panel.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
