Raycast Power User in 12 Days is delivered as instant digital downloads that you keep. Because the files can't be returned, all sales are final once you've accessed them. Before buying, you can look through real pages from the Product on the sales page, and try the free 10-Minute Speed Test.
When you will get a refund
- Duplicate purchase: you were charged twice for the same product.
- No access: you paid but couldn't get the files, and I couldn't fix it within 7 days of you contacting me.
- Broken files: a file is corrupted or missing, and I can't send you a working copy within 7 days.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
Email rayen@the-control-panel.com with the email you paid with and your order ID (it's in your Dodo Payments receipt). I reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days.
EU and UK buyers
By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access to the digital content and agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download or access begins. This doesn't affect the cases listed above.
