These terms cover your purchase and use of Raycast Power User in 12 Days (the "Product"), a set of digital files (PDF guides, a workbook, a checklist, importable Raycast snippet and Quicklink files, script files, a calendar file and a 12-day email course) sold by Rayen (The Control Panel) ("I", "me").
1. Who processes your payment
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record: it handles the payment, any sales tax or VAT, and your receipt. Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms also apply to the payment itself.
2. What you get and when
The price is shown on the sales page (currently $29 USD, one-time payment, no subscription). Right after payment you're taken to a welcome page with links to download every file, and you can sign up for the 12 daily emails there. Please bookmark it. If you can't reach it, email rayen@the-control-panel.com and I'll send your access.
3. Licence
Your purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the Product for their own setup. You may not share, resell, re-upload, redistribute or repackage the files or download links, in whole or in part.
4. Not affiliated with Raycast
The Product is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Raycast Technologies. "Raycast" is their trademark. Some features described need a Raycast Pro subscription; these are marked.
5. Results and liability
The times and results in the Product are my own. Yours will depend on your computer, apps and practice. The files and scripts are provided "as is". Back up your settings before importing anything or running scripts. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim about the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
6. Refunds

7. Changes
I may update the Product (for example, free Library updates) and these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to your purchase.
